Student chefs wanted

Trade website bighospitality.co.uk has launched a new feature called Rising Stars and is looking for catering and hospitality students to take part. Ideal candidates will be showing a real enthusiasm for a career in hospitality and may have already achieved something of note. Participants should be happy to be interviewed and provide a digital photo of themselves.
