JHP Training – Celebrating Vocational Success.

JHP Training welcomes the launch of the first ever VQ Day due to take place on 23rd July 2008 with the hope that this national event will change the, often negative, perception of vocational qualifications across the UK.

JHP Training across the country will be doing their bit to change the view that vocational qualifications are the domain of the underachievers by continuing to educate and inform local residents and businesses on the impact vocational qualifications can have on their day to day lives, with many local centres holding Open Days and Careers Workshops for individuals and/or employers interested in learning more about vocational qualifications.

Chairman of JHP Training, Jim Chambers, welcomed the launch of VQ Day stating:

“Year upon year we have successful learners who complete their qualifications but who receive no public recognition for the hard work and determination they have put in. There is no celebration of their achievements like with GCSE and A-Level results day; hopefully VQ Day will become an established annual day to mark the successes of the millions of people who complete a vocational qualification every year.”
